About the PSA

Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, voters need to know there are three ways to vote in the upcoming general election:

Early voting at the polls runs from October 24 – November 1
Absentee/Mail In voting is available for all New Yorkers who do not want to vote in person. You must request an absentee ballot by October 27. You can return the ballot in the following ways:
- Putting it in the mail ensuring it receives a postmark no later than November 3
- Drop it off at an early voting poll site between October 24 and November 1
- Drop it off at a poll site on Election Day, November 3 by 9pm
On Election Day poll sites throughout the state will be open from 6am to 9pm. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3
