Unlike commercial advertisements, public service announcements (PSAs) are designed to inform and educate rather than sell a product or service. PSAs aim to raise awareness about nonprofit and government services and programs, to show the importance of a communal problem or issue, to shift public attitudes or to encourage a positive behavioral change.

How do I become a digital PSA Network host?
A host is an organization that is committed to sharing important community messages with their constituents. Whether your organization is interested in grant funding for the purchase and installation of a digital screen or simply interested in having access to high-quality digital PSA content, we offer different partnership models customized to your organization’s marketing and communications needs.
We are thrilled you are interested in joining our PSA Network! Please review the minimum requirements to become a host. Then, simply reach out and we will work out the rest of the details with you.
What types of messages do you promote on the free PSA Network?
F.Y. Eye offers free media distribution to mission-driven organizations with messages that aim to improve the financial, educational, cultural, environmental and physical health of disadvantaged communities. Whether the goal of your message is to raise visibility for a new program offering, encourage positive behavior change, boost civic participation or advocate for an important issue that impacts vulnerable New Yorkers, we will help you distribute your message at no cost. We do not promote fundraising messages on our free PSA Network but are happy to help you get your fundraising message out using alternative media formats in our inventory.
Can I download an F.Y. Eye PSA and publicize it at my organization?
Yes! Thank you for helping us spread important messages. You can find and download our current PSAs here. If you decide to publicize a PSA, please email info@fyeye.org to let us know which PSA you intend to distribute.
Does F.Y. Eye offer translation services?
We do! F.Y. Eye offers our clients free translation services in Korean, Mandarin and Spanish and we can help you place your message in strategic, culturally-relevant sites. If you would like your message translated into another language, we can work with you to find trusted translators.
I’m a Creative interested in joining the F.Y. Eye Impact Artist Collective. What is the process for applying?
We love new talent! The F.Y. Eye Impact Artist Collective is a network of creatives from all walks of life who want to use their skills and interests for good causes. To join us, email info@fyeye.org and include your resume, your portfolio and a brief cover letter describing what issues matter to you. One of our team members will be in touch with you shortly to discuss next steps.
Does F.Y. Eye pay members of the Impact Artist Collective?
Impact artists that are members of the Collective are paid for their services, unless they wish to donate their time and skill. The Impact Artist Collective offers access to exciting and meaningful creative projects for nonprofits as well as networking and professional development opportunities. As a nonprofit, we encourage all members of our team to volunteer and Impact Artist members are asked to complete one pro bono project every year that focuses on an issue or population that they care about.
